    •    Processing times are longer than ready-to-ship brands

    •    Pre-sale processing time is 5–7 business days
    •    Business days exclude weekends and holidays
    •    Processing includes sourcing, quality inspection, customization, and preparation

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to sourcing, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

    •    All orders ship with tracking
    •    A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once shipped

Shevainco is not responsible for:
    •    Carrier delays
    •    Packages marked delivered but stolen or lost
    •    Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Due to the custom, hygienic, and pre-sale nature of our raw hair products, Shevainco does NOT offer:
    •    Refunds
    •    Order cancellations
    •    Order changes
    •    Exchanges

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled for any reason, including delayed processing or shipping expectations.

EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENTS

Replacements will ONLY be issued if:
    •    The incorrect item was sent by Shevainco
    •    The item arrives damaged due to shipping

To qualify:
    •    You must contact Shevainco within 48 hours of delivery
    •    Provide clear photos and video evidence
    •    Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition

Approved replacements will be shipped once the original item is returned and inspected.

Shevainco specializes in 100% raw hair.

Because raw hair is unprocessed, natural variations may occur, including:
    •    Texture differences (Straight or Loose Wave)
    •    Curl or wave pattern variation
    •    Natural color differences
    •    Density variation

These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.

Raw hair may require:
    •    Proper maintenance
    •    Professional installation
    •    Custom coloring or styling

    •    Closure wigs and closures are handmade and may have slight variations
    •    Lace color and density may vary slightly due to the natural nature of raw hair
    •    Customization services (plucking, bleaching, coloring) are final sale

Any charge backs, false claims, or payment disputes will:
    •    Be fully disputed with order and policy evidence
    •    Result in permanent blacklisting from Shevainco
